EVAFLEX™ Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is a thermoplastic copolymer made from ethylene and vinyl acetate. It offers flexibility, softness and adhesion. We have suitable grades for wide range of applications from end-uses to industrial.

Selection by VA content

  • Very high VA (≥40%):Elastomer-like with rubber-like softness and elasticity.
  • High VA (≥33%):Flexible, low-crystallinity with enhanced adhesion and toughness.
  • Medium VA (19-28%):Balanced between PE-like rigidity and rubber-like flexibility.
  • Low VA (≤17%):PE-like stiffness and tensile strength, suitable for film applications

  • VA content: Very high (≧40%)
  • Properties: Excellent pigment dispersion, adhesion to various substrates, high crack-resistance
